Easter has been perhaps my favorite holiday ever since I was a young adult.  As a child, Christmas rules, of course.

The warm feeling of a new beginning, the celebration of spring, the quiet bonding of the family unit; these are powerful and happy things worth celebrating.  

Lots of things are worth celebrating, but these are as good and powerful as any.
